How many Blue Bags?

$39.99 per bag, up to 20 lb each. One $14.99 pickup-and-delivery fee per order. No order minimum.

Where should we find your bags?

Choose the spot where our driver should pick up and return your bags. We’ll photo-confirm pickup and delivery. Required when contact-free pickup is selected.

You do not need to be home. Leave the bags at your Drop Spot and we’ll take it from there.

Add extra Blue Bag gear to your order and we'll deliver it with your clean laundry.

Physical bags only — a Delicates or Linen bag does not include specialty laundry processing.

Each standard Blue Bag includes up to 20 lb. If a bag weighs more than 20 lb, the additional weight is billed at $2.75/lb for that bag.

Missed pickup: if our driver arrives and your bags aren't there, we'll record it as a missed pickup and contact you to reschedule — no fee. Reschedule or cancel free up to 2 hours before your pickup window. Full details in the Terms of Service.
