Service

Blue Bag Laundry provides pickup and delivery wash & fold laundry service in Lexington, SC (ZIPs 29072 and 29073). Blue Bag currently offers Tuesday and Thursday pickup routes. Standard return is two days after pickup: Tuesday pickups are returned Thursday, and Thursday pickups are returned Saturday. Blue Bag provides Wash & Fold along with the current specialty services and add-ons shown on our Services and Pricing pages.

Pricing

Wash & fold is $39.99 per bag up to 20 lb. Bags over 20 lb are billed at $2.75 per lb after weigh-in. Pickup and delivery is $14.99 per order. Premium detergent is $2.99 per processing load. The following are not currently bookable during the controlled beta: express service, all-hung, stain treatment, delicates bags, linen bags, and ironing/pressing. Standard detergent is included; you may opt out. There are no memberships, no fuel surcharges, and no review-for-credit programs.

Your bags

Please leave your Blue Bags where agreed for pickup. Bags are weighed at our facility; the weight text or email you receive states the actual weight, any overage, add-ons, and the final total. Overweight bags are handled at staff discretion (accept, rebag, split, or delay).

Missed pickups

You may reschedule or cancel a pickup at no charge up to 2 hours before your pickup window. If our driver arrives and your bags aren't there, we record it as a missed pickup and contact you to reschedule.

Liability

Our liability for eligible lost or damaged laundry is described in our Laundry Protection Policy (effective September 16, 2026): eligible items are valued at 60% of established value, up to $160 per individual item and $1,000 per order. Claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel free up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup window.
