Everything you need to know before we knock — no surprises, no fine print.
1Book your route day
We run two weekly routes in Lexington: Tuesday pickup → Thursday return, and Thursday pickup → Saturday return. Pick whichever fits your week when you book.
Save your laundry preferences once (detergent, water temp, fold style, family sorting) and we reuse them on every order — you never have to repeat yourself.
2Fill the Blue Bag
The Blue Bag is the whole system. One bag, one flat price: $39.99 per bag, up to 20 lbs (usually about 2 loads). No counting loads, no price sheets.
No bag yet? Use a tied 13-gallon kitchen bag for your first pickup — we'll deliver a free Blue Bag with your first return.
3Set your Drop Spot
On pickup day, set your tied bag(s) at your Drop Spot — the agreed spot by your door (your porch, stoop, or garage entry). You don't need to be home.
Your Drop Spot is saved on your account, so every pickup just works. Our driver takes two photos at pickup: the bags as-found where you left them, and a close-up showing the bags closed with tags secure. You'll see photo confirmation in your account.
4We wash it like it's ours
At the hub, we check your bags in, confirm your order, weigh each bag, document the order, and attach your saved preferences before processing begins. Your order is washed separately — never mixed with another customer's laundry. Then dry, fold, and quality-check before it heads back.
At delivery, our driver leaves your clean laundry at your door and takes two photos: the clothes at your Drop Spot and a photo of the location — so you always know exactly where to find them.
Your card is only charged after we weigh your bags at the hub and finalize your invoice — based on the actual weight, including any overage ($2.75/lb over 20 lb, per bag). No surprises, no guesses, no paying for weight that wasn't there.
5If plans change
Reschedule free — cancel or move your pickup up to 2 hours before your route window, no charge and no questions.
Missed pickup: life happens. If our driver arrives and your bags aren't there, we'll record it as a missed pickup and contact you to reschedule — no fee.
Your preferences stick
Choose the detergent that fits your household: Standard, Premium, or Free & Clear/Hypoallergenic — plus softener, water temperature, dryer heat, fold style, hang-dry notes, and family sorting. Save your preference once and Blue Bag will remember it for future orders. Preferences are saved to your account and reused on every order automatically.
