What we collect

When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, and service address so we can pick up and deliver your laundry and send you service updates (pickup, weight, charge, and delivery notices). Passwords are salted and hashed; we never store them in readable form.

How we use it

We use your information only to operate the service: scheduling pickups, routing drivers, processing your order, and communicating with you. If you opt in, we may also send occasional Blue Bag news by email. You can opt out of texts (reply STOP) or emails (unsubscribe link) at any time.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run review-for-credit or other incentivized-review programs.

Data retention

We keep order history so we can serve you better and resolve claims. Ask us anytime to review or delete your account data, and we will honor reasonable requests.
